Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in North Las Vegas to manage branch inventory and administrative workflows that drive maintenance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role supports profitability and requires handling parts, warranty items, and scheduling with service teams. The position offers evenings and a weekend day schedule, with a $22/hour pay rate and opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at branch(es) to support service and profitability.
• Place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels with suppliers.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; conduct cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory; ensure availability.
• Coordinate warranty items and returns with warranty dept.
• Schedule repairs with Customer Service Coordinator.
• Vendor support and payments processing accountability.
