Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate outside repairs, and manage the shop work plan. This on-site role is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with a $26.00/hour pay and opportunities for training and development.

Travel may be required to support maintenance activities and customer service excellence. You will communicate with customers, ensure parts availability, and strive to keep customers satisfied

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize service and productivity.
• Communicate maintenance updates and schedule changes to customers.
• Ensure Penske units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts availability for scheduled work.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for quality and schedule adherence.
• Provide superior customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain shop productivity and optimize the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
