Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2 years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Productivity: oversee branch inventory for timely service and loss mitigation.
• Process Analytics: analyze inventory, profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, and RO reviews.
• Operate ServiceNet/AS400 to diagnose and improve operations.
• Support branch financial manager to enhance profitability.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure proper payments.
