Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Fontana North is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative processes, driving maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.

You will collaborate with Centralized Parts Ordering, Warranty and Customer Service teams to ensure parts availability, timely repairs and accurate data in ServiceNet/AS400. The full-time role features a 6:00AM–2:30PM schedule and pays $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with branch teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations experience required.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile learner who enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel, work the required schedule and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at branches to support timely service and minimize loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts per sourcing procedures with daily updates with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive/store parts in an organized manner; update PartsNet and perform cycle counts to ensure availability.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and tire stock levels by quantity and specs.
• Ensure timely shipping and receipt of warranty items; follow up on returns with Warranty dept.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Manage vendor support and ensure correct payment processing.
