Job summary

Penske is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV to schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate outside repairs, and manage the shop work plan. You will optimize daily and weekly workforce plans to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.

The role requires 2 years of customer service, mechanical experience, and a high school diploma; ASE preferred. The position pays $26.00/hour with a 6:00AM - 2:30PM, Monday–Friday schedule and a $3/hour shift differential after 11am, plus

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience required
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred
• Willingness to travel and comply with Penske policies

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans by factoring customer needs, repairs, parts and technician skills
• Communicate with customers about maintenance updates and scheduling changes
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work
• Hold vendors accountable for quality and schedule adherence
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
