Penske is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee inventory and administrative processes at the Miami branch. You will ensure parts availability, maintain organized storage, and support service scheduling to boost efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong computer skills, customer service experience, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, at the Medley, FL location.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2 years in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) and prevent inventory loss.
• Order parts daily according to sourcing procedures with central coordination.
• Receive, store and organize parts; update PartsNet and perform regular cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory to ensure correct quantities and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and follow up on returns with the warranty dept.
