Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong collaboration with branch team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• 2+ years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within a near geography for training; able to pass drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Inventory productivity oversight at the branch(es) for timely service support while mitigating risk of inventory loss.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts via sourcing procedure with Centralized Parts Ordering daily.
• Receive and store parts; update PartsNet; conduct regular cycle counts; ensure availability.
• Manage new & used battery inventory and tires in correct quantities and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and returns processed with warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Vendor support and accountability; ensure payments are processed correctly.
• Perform process analyses of Inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, RO reviews; propose improvements.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to understand operations and drive problem solving.
• Support branch financial manager with data contributing to performance and profitability.
• Handle projects and tasks assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
