Job summary

Capstone at Banks Crossing - Commerce, GA 30529 is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Manager who will oversee and perform technical work ensuring interiors, exteriors, and grounds meet high CS Living standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will manage make-ready, inspect work, control inventory, and support cost-saving initiatives while delivering courteous service to residents and staff in an onsite environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Ability to apply safety standards and code requirements.
• Proficient in using hand and basic power tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and document effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and close work orders from residents, diagnosing issues and repairing per policies.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and ensure timely turnover.
• Set cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds and common areas to reflect CS Living quality.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors, enforcing quality and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and budget.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and support cost-control initiatives.
• Provide courteous, responsive customer service to residents and staff.
