Capital Square Living is seeking a Service Manager to oversee and perform maintenance across the community, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents. You will handle work orders, coordinate vendors, and supervise make-ready processes for new move-ins.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, budgeting, and customer service, with a focus on high standards for interior and exterior areas. Onsite work with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Set and maintain standards for grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain inventory and control expenses.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance.
