Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance across assigned communities. You will lead routine work, preventive care for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances while ensuring safety and high-quality appearance.

You will supervise internal and external vendors, coordinate with managers, and help manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs to protect assets and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance technician work or related experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• CAMT preferred.
• CPO preferred.
• Multi-family housing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify maintenance projects.
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies and spare parts for emergencies.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations and re-inspection results.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, high-quality service.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, service requests and budgets.
