Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Area Manager, Maintenance Facilities to lead a team of technicians in our Gilbert warehouse. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to critical production equipment, including HVAC, compressors, and forklifts, ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will drive improvements through 5S, data-tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with production and engineering. Strong leadership, PLC/CMMS knowledge, and hands-on equipment expertise are essential for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or related field.
• 3+ years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Project Management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC, CMMS systems; electrical/mechanical/HVAC trades certification.
• Must be 18+ and HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment including HVAC, conveyors, forklifts.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure 5S and safety compliance in facilities.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records using Maintenance Connection and other software.
• Identify equipment issues and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
• Perform calibration and testing of equipment.
• Maintain building and plumbing systems.
