Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician II to provide mid-level maintenance across production equipment, HVAC, compressors, and related systems in our Mesa warehouse. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance with supervision, and report to the Director of Industrial Engineering.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data tracking, safety, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with PLC and CMMS systems.
• Formal training in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC trades.
• Advanced degree or engineering background.
• Strong problem-solving and data-tracking skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid-level maintenance on production equipment including HVAC, compressors, and conveyors.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and document work performed.
• Ensure safety and 5S standards in work areas.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and coordinate repairs.
• Review and update maintenance records and part usage in CMMS.
• Support electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and instrumentation tasks.
• Assist with fabrication and modification of tools or mounting hardware.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
