Job summary
Hims, Inc. seeks a Facilities Technician, Maintenance to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance team.
You will perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on critical warehouse equipment such as HVAC, compressors, and forklifts, while ensuring safety and compliance. You will coordinate with production, document data in CMMS, and help implement process improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industry experience in maintenance, facilities, or related fields.
- 5+ years previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or with equipment listed.
- Formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC or HVAC trades.
- Knowledge of PLC and CMMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on warehouse equipment (HVAC, compressors, forklifts, conveyors).
- Maintain building systems and perform repairs to doors, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC as needed.
- Maintain 5S, safety, and compliant work practices; document activities in the CMMS.
- Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
