Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Area Manager, Compounding Facilities to support the Operations Engineering & Maintenance Department.

You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to all Lab equipment in Pharmacy, analyze issues, and coordinate with supervision and production to minimize downtime. The role requires strong leadership, PLC/CMMS knowledge, and hand-on troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and present state-required proof of age documents.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• 3+ years of pharma industry experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Have knowledge of and experience with CMMS systems.
• Have knowledge of and experience with PLC systems.
• Formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC system or HVAC trades.
• 3+ years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery without supervision or direction.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, hoods, etc.).
• Document maintenance data on charts and records.
• Diagnose and repair equipment in the labs.
• Identify facilities issues and develop predictive maintenance strategies.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
