Job summary

Hims & Hers in Gilbert, AZ is hiring an Area Manager, Compounding Facilities to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance for lab equipment in a pharmaceutical setting. You will diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems and coordinate with supervisors for guidance.

This role drives continuous improvement and safety across the pharmacy labs. The position requires 3+ years in pharma maintenance/engineering, leadership experience, and CMMS/PLC proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of pharma industry maintenance/engineering experience.
• Formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC or HVAC trades.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a 24/7 facility.
• Experience with CMMS, PLCs, and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment and systems.
• Document maintenance data and charts for trend analysis.
• Troubleshoot repairs across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Maintain calibration records and logs in CMMS.
