Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance to support the maintenance supervisor and uphold the safety and integrity of the property. You will help with routine maintenance, coordinate with the leasing team, and ensure timely service requests are completed.

Requirements include at least two years of apartment maintenance or trade experience, a high school diploma, and EPA certification. A valid driver's license and hand tools are expected, with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trade experience.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC required.
• EPA refrigerant certification or related EPA credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Assist in safety compliance and adherence to company policies and laws.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and make-ready status.
• Assist with inspections and on-call duties as needed.
