Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You will oversee safety initiatives, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure timely completion of all requests, including minor repairs and installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in HVAC systems and/or electrical required.
• Prior senior living experience desired.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the community safety program and maintain a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Sustain a preventative maintenance program for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other community equipment.
• Complete all maintenance requests, scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently.
• Repair, replace, and install minor equipment, hardware and controls under supervision.

Responsibilities:Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Director, our Maintenance Assistant oversees the Community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulationsSustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsCompletes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficientlyMechanically repair, replace, and/or install minor equipment, hardware, and controls.
