The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Everett is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform general maintenance and repair tasks to keep the facility safe and well maintained.

The role involves operating machinery, using simple electrical/plumbing tools, and performing preventative maintenance as instructed, with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and reliability.

Competenze

• General maintenance and repair experience preferred.

• Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
• Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
• Carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
• Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
• Run errands as needed for supplies—requires driving a motor vehicle.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
• Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
• Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
• Adheres to the facility dress code.
