Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 2+ years of customer service or operations experience.
• 1+ year of lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USPS and commercial carrier processes preferred.
• Experience with mailroom equipment and mail tracking software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mail tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily mailroom activities including inbound/outbound mail and package tracking.
• Coordinate workflows to meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Train and support team inquiries and provide direction as needed.
• Ensure adherence to client protocols, confidentiality, and procedures.
• Assist stakeholders with performance tracking and inventory control.
• Operate and troubleshoot mailroom equipment and tracking systems.
