Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.
• Familiarity with USPS and other carriers preferred.
• Experience with mailroom equipment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping related services.
• Pick up and deliver customer packages and mail onsite.
• Operate and maintain mail processing equipment.
• Provide customer service by informing customers of products, routes, rates.
• Log receipts and releases using tracking system.
• Handle fulfillment tasks and office setup.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding service status.
• Perform light clerical duties.
