Job summary

FedEx Office in Tysons, VA is seeking a dedicated Mail Services Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will deliver excellent service, operate mail processing equipment, and support fulfillment and administrative tasks for internal clients.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service or operations experience, familiarity with carrier processes, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• 1+ year of customer service or operations experience.
• 1+ year of specialized experience preferred.
• Familiarity with USPS and commercial carrier processes preferred.
• Experience with mailroom equipment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and quick learner of software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mail and shipping services and activities.
• Pick up and deliver packages and mail onsite.
• Operate a mail meter and other mailroom equipment.
• Provide customer service, explain products, routes and rates.
• Log and track packages, prepare items for pickup or delivery.
• Address basic technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Support fulfillment tasks and general administrative duties.
