Longevity Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Ops Assistant for its Fort Washington, PA office. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in mail processing, shipping monitoring, and outbound mail support in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn to manage mail flow, track supplies, and collaborate with teams while developing organizational and operational skills. On-site work is required five days a week.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Works well under tight time constraints.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute incoming mail.
• Monitor shipping and mailing supply levels.
• Assist with outbound mail as needed.
• Other projects as assigned.
