Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming mail/packages for the DC address.
• Scan envelopes into the virtual-mailbox dashboard and alert customers.
• Forward, hold, or shred items per client instructions.
• Prep shipping labels.
• Maintain a clean, secure mailroom.

What You'll Do

• Receive & log incoming mail/packages for our DC address
• Scan envelopes into the virtual‑mailbox dashboard and alert customers
• Forward, hold, or shred items per client instructions
• Prep shipping labels
• Verify new customers' PS 1583 IDs and keep audit files tidy for USPS inspections
• Maintain a clean, secure mailroom and lift up to 40 lbs when needed
• Coordinate with our remote Ops team via Slack and ticketing tools
