Job summary

Valpak Clipp seeks a Mail Center Associate to manage mail center operations, assist administrative services, and support manufacturing teams. You will handle equipment maintenance, postage reporting, and franchise communications, while training others and maintaining documentation.

The role requires comfort in a fast-paced environment, basic math, and proficiency with SAP/ADP/MS Office. A Florida driver’s license and ability to lift 30 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and complaint resolution experience is helpful.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Postage equipment experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and utilizes equipment and materials to achieve department goals; coordinates equipment maintenance with vendors.
• Documents and tracks the rental sale of marketing materials.
• Documents and maintains the postage meter report and chart.
• Communicates with the franchise network with requests, supplies, shipments, address changes and special handling requests.
• Trains others to safely and efficiently perform duties related to the mail center.
• Maintains mail center supplies and current franchise network account codes.
• Keeps mail center clean and organized using the 6S methodology.
• May assist in other areas of the VMC, including courier tasks and scanning documents.
