Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide macOS hardware/software support and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and upgrade macOS and applications.
• Support Windows and Mac desktop/laptop devices and peripherals.
• Assist with equipment deployment and setup.
• Handle support requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Document and track issues in a ticketing system.
• Train users on new systems and software.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
