Job summary

Harvey Nash provides hands-on technical support for employees, managing desktop and laptop hardware and software lifecycle. This role covers setup of new workstations and accounts, remote and local user support, and deployment/QA activities.

Ideal candidates will have strong Windows and Mac OS knowledge, experience in desktop installations, and ability to troubleshoot desktop and mobile devices. Education: High School diploma or technical Associate's degree.

• Experience with desktop installations and configurations.
• Troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices.
• High School diploma or Associate's degree in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the software and hardware lifecycle management processes including research, packaging, QA, and deployment prep.
• Setup new users including desktop configuration, email, LDAP, and VPN accounts.
• Support local and remote employees with desktop issues and access to internal services.
• Troubleshoot software issues on employees' desktops and laptops.
