Job summary

HCLTech in Omaha, NE seeks an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot desktops and laptops, assist end-users, and maintain Windows and macOS environments across facilities. You will engage with customers, document issues, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service, consulting, and training skills.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware in the field or a related environment.
Basic understanding of networks, Intel servers, and telecom systems.
Strong break/fix skills for desktops, workstations, notebooks, and tablets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Detail- and process-oriented mindset.
Ability to walk long distances across large facilities.
Must pass a background security check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
