Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Mac Desktop Support Technician to deliver onsite desk-side support across the enterprise in a mixed Mac and Windows environment.

The role focuses on strengthening Mac-focused support, assisting with laptop and endpoint deployment, imaging, and refresh initiatives while ensuring efficient ticket handling and clear escalation when needed.

Formación

• Hands-on desktop/endpoint support in a professional setting.
• Troubleshoot Mac hardware, macOS, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Experience with Windows desktops in mixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite desk-side support across the enterprise.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Support macOS devices and Windows laptops/desktops.
• Assist with device deployment, imaging, and refresh activities.
• Prepare devices with required apps and connectivity.
• Manage ticket-based work with proper closure notes.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and document resolutions.
• Maintain asset information and repeatable support processes.
• Provide post-deployment assistance and issue resolution.
