GEICO seeks a Senior Tech Support specialist to deliver on-site macOS and Apple device support across regional offices. The role emphasizes Apple technologies, MDM administration, and endpoint security in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

The position requires strong IT background with macOS focus, scripting skills, and the ability to work full-time onsite five days a week, with travel to other U.S. offices as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in technical support with macOS focus.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Experience administering an enterprise MDM solution (Jamf preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site macOS and Apple device support for regional offices.
• Administer macOS patching, FileVault, and device compliance in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with Tier III/Engineering to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Develop automation scripts for macOS configuration, patching, and compliance enforcement.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians on macOS troubleshooting.
