Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in IT
• US Citizenship required
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform and cloud environment
• Experience in ITIL standards and processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Collaboration Service Delivery team across multiple locations.
• Manage timelines, customer experience, and relationship management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and service-improvement initiatives.
• Foster a productive, collaborative work environment and address customer issues.
