Qualifications
- Five or more years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience.
- Subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 messaging and Teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer-focused results.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO.
- Resolve Level III incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Provide expertise for Exchange Online administration, support and troubleshooting.
- Support design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Support adoption of AI productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
