Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC in the United States is seeking a Technology Executive to lead Microsoft 365 Operations, Collaboration, Voice and Video, overseeing 200+ resources and enterprise services. You will own strategy, governance, security, and cost effectiveness across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related platforms, driving automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology leadership including Microsoft 365 and enterprise productivity platforms.
- Experience leading large-scale Microsoft 365 and collaboration services.
- Strong IT service management and incident/change management experience.
- Experience managing telecom operations and voice/video ecosystems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication skills translating technical issues to business impact.
Responsibilities
- Builds and manages teams with workforce planning and training.
- Facilitates performance reviews and development plans.
- Manages production delivery, risk, and compliance policies.
- Leads enterprise Microsoft 365 operations and collaboration services.
- Oversees voice, video, and meetings operations.
- Partners with multiple business and technology teams to align with product strategy.
