Job summary

ICF is seeking an M365 / Collaboration Platform Administrator to configure, govern, and maintain the Microsoft 365 and SaaS productivity environment for a federal technology program. This role reports to the Cloud / Enterprise Architecture Lead and owns tenant configuration, data protection, and Power Platform administration.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in securing M365 and SaaS environments in federal settings, with the ability to govern low-code tooling, audit tenant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of M365 administration and SaaS platform management.
• 3+ years configuring Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) with security settings.
• 2+ years for Power Platform environments governance, DLP, ALM.
• Experience supporting federal IT programs in health-related agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage M365 and Google Workspace tenants with secure controls.
• Govern Power Platform environments with guardrails.
• Apply data protection, DLP, and encryption across platforms.
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow and security policies.
• Use PowerShell and Graph API for scalable configuration and auditing.
• Coordinate with identity, device, and cybersecurity teams for Zero Trust.
