Job summary

ICF is seeking an M365 / Collaboration Platform Administrator to configure, govern, and maintain the Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS productivity platform environment for a federal program. The role reports to the Cloud / Enterprise Architecture Lead and owns tenant configuration, data protection, and Power Platform administration in a broad toolset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration or SaaS platform management
• 3+ years configuring and administering Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online/SharePoint/Teams)
• 2+ years administering Power Platform environments
• 2+ years supporting federal IT programs in health-related agencies
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust
• Ability to work in the US and reside in the US

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage M365 tenants and Google Workspace, including email, collaboration, storage, and meetings
• Govern SaaS platforms (OneDrive/SharePoint/Teams/Slack/GitHub) with access controls and guest configurations
• Administer Power Platform environments, enforcement of guardrails
• Apply data protection and compliance settings across platforms
• Manage Exchange Online mail flow, security, and phishing protections
• Use PowerShell and Graph API for automated configurations and audits
• Manage licenses and subscriptions and optimize app usage
• Conduct quarterly reviews against security baselines and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with identity, device, and cybersecurity teams to implement a Zero Trust model
• Maintain documentation of configurations and runbooks
