Job summary

GDIT seeks a Collaboration Lead to oversee Microsoft's M365 platform across a high-volume enterprise environment. You will manage timelines, customer experience, and cross-location teams, ensuring strong communication and performance management.

The role emphasizes budget forecasting, staffing, and service improvement, with a focus on ITIL practices and secure configuration of DLP, MFA, and conditional access. Onsite in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• ITIL v4 Foundation
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s cloud environment
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s M365 platform
• Proficient in PowerShell automation and M365 security features
• Skilled in configuring DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for M365
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work activities of the team, including timelines and customer relationships
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and service improvement activities
• Translate business requirements into technical implementations across a large, complex infrastructure
• Manage a high-volume, enterprise IT environment with multiple locations and teams
