Job summary

You will collaborate with infrastructure teams, the Service Desk and 2nd line support, guiding projects and implementing new solutions under the M365 Cloud Services Manager. Travel up to 10% is required.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience, including messaging and Teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer-focused results.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO).
- Resolve Level III incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Provide SME for Exchange Online administration and troubleshooting.
- Assess needs, document requirements, and design Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Support adoption of AI productivity tools (Copilot, Claude) to improve collaboration and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver monthly cloud operations metrics.
