Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) CTG is seeking a Manager to lead financial due diligence across multiple industries, delivering end-to-end value to corporate and private equity clients.

You will mentor CTG associates, oversee risk management, and coordinate with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality analysis and timely deliverables. The base salary is $160,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial accounting due diligence experience or equivalent at a top accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and/or related major.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or the equivalent of a CPA.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and purchase accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor CTG associates and senior associates.
• Engage in training initiatives to develop CTG employees.
• Manage engagement risk and conflicts with Directors and Managing Directors.
• Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
• Coordinate with A&M service groups during engagements.
• Generate and integrate financial due diligence reports.
