Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) CTG is seeking a Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements across industries. You will mentor junior staff, manage risks, and coordinate with senior leadership to deliver high‑quality analyses for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.

The base salary is $160,000 annually, with a discretionary bonus program. A&M offers comprehensive benefits, performance-based opportunities, and a fast‑growing practice environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of financial accounting due diligence experience or equivalent at a top accounting firm.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• US GAAP, SEC reporting and purchase accounting knowledge.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor CTG associates and senior associates.
• Engage in risk management guidelines and engagement review procedures.
• Develop and propose solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
• Coordinate with Directors/Senior Directors to set up engagement codes and requirements.
• Lead financial due diligence work including earnings quality and working capital analyses.
• Prepare and integrate financial due diligence reports for clients.
