Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Senior Director to lead complex financial due diligence engagements within TAG across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, healthcare and software. You will mentor teams, manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality reports.

The base salary is $225,000 per year, with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. A CPA or in‑progress CPA, 10+ years of related experience, and strong US GAAP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in Accounting and/or related major.
• CPA or in the process of obtaining one.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and purchase accounting.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor all levels of employees.
• Lead conversations with clients and lenders.
• Manage and prioritize engagements and responsibilities.
• Handle client relationships with limited MD involvement.
• Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
• Lead the Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses.
