Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of financial accounting due diligence experience.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements and financial data analysis.
• Mentor CTG associates and manage engagement risk.
• Coordinate with directors and clients to drive value.
• Develop engagement plans and review deliverables.
