The role requires at least 10 years in financial accounting due diligence, a CPA, US GAAP knowledge, and exceptional leadership, communication, and project‑management skills.

Base salary is $225,000 per year with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm.
• CPA certification or in progress.
• US GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting and purchase accounting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to work as a team member and as an individual contributor in fast‑paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor all levels of employees on engagements.
• Lead conversations with clients and lenders and manage engagement risk.
• Oversee multiple engagements, prioritizing deliverables and timelines.
• Generate full due‑diligence reports including QOE, P&L and working capital analyses.
• Develop creative solutions to engagement risks and expand service scope.
• Recruit, train and develop TAG staff across levels.
