The role involves leading multiple diligence work streams, coordinating engagements, and mentoring junior staff. You will work with clients and target management, contributing to insights that inform deal decisions in a hybrid office setting across multiple U.S.

locations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&A, CPA certification or in progress, and strong Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, with deep US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification active or in progress.
• 5+ years of related M&A work experience within a large professional services organization; public accounting preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple work streams and coordinate financial due diligence engagements.
• Collaborate with client management on diligence focus areas and issue communications.
• Discuss business performance and forecasting assumptions with senior team members.
• Analyze target financial data for valuation, working capital, and cash flow considerations.
• Prepare reports with findings and recommendations on financial and business issues.
• Identify integration and post-transaction transition considerations.
• Support ongoing development of M&A best practices.
