Job summary

Withum is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead financial due diligence efforts on complex deals. The role involves coordinating multiple diligence work streams, engaging with client management and senior leadership, and mentoring junior staff.

This hybrid position allows three in-office days per week at key US offices. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in accounting or finance, 5+ years in M&A, and CPA status or progress toward it, with strong Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Active CPA certification or in process preferred.
• 5+ years of M&A-related experience in a professional services setting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple financial due diligence work streams.
• Coordinate and oversee diligence engagements with clients and management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to TAS practice growth.
• Provide actionable financial insights related to acquisitions, divestitures and capital events.
• Prepare and present diligence findings and recommendations to leadership.
