Job summary

Withum is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services focused on financial due diligence. You will lead multi-stream due diligence projects, work with client management and leadership, and mentor juniors to grow the practice.

The role offers hybrid work across multiple US offices, including Princeton, NJ, and requires strong M&A experience and CPA credentials. You will guide analyses on earnings quality, working capital, and cash flow, and present findings with actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; active CPA or pursuing CPA.
• 5+ years of related M&A work experience; big firm or large professional services preferred.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple work streams in due diligence.
• Coordinating financial due diligence engagements.
• Communicating issues and deal considerations with client management.
• Participating in business performance discussions with senior management.
• Evaluating target financial data for earnings quality and cash flow.
• Preparing reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identifying integration and post-transaction issues.
• Contributing to development of M&A best practices.
• Analyzing financial and operating results and interviewing management.
• Researching industry trends affecting cash flow and using data tools.
• Utilizing data tools and presenting visualizations.
