Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown, PC is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services focused on financial due diligence. You will drive project management across diligence workstreams, interact with clients and target management, and mentor junior staff in a hybrid role with offices nationwide.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years of M&A experience, and a CPA certification or in progress, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and willingness to travel up to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
5+ years of related M&A work experience.
Active CPA certification or in the process of obtaining one is preferred.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple work streams within financial due diligence engagements.
Coordinate financial due diligence engagements and communicate findings to clients and leadership.
Collaborate with client management on focus areas and discuss assumptions and forecasts.
Identify valuation, working capital, and cash flow considerations for transactions.
Prepare reports outlining findings and recommendations on key financial issues.
