Job summary

Withum is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services focused on financial due diligence. You will manage multiple diligence streams, work with client and target teams, mentor juniors, and help grow the TAS practice. This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week across US locations, including Tysons Corner, VA, with travel up to 40%.

Applicants should have a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 5+ years in M&A, CPA certification, and strong Excel/PowerPoint and US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years M&A experience; CPA certification desired.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple due diligence work streams.
• Coordinate financial due diligence engagements.
• Collaborate with client management on focus areas.
• Communicate issues and deal considerations in real time.
• Analyze target financial data for earnings quality and cash flow.
• Prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identify integration, separation and post-transaction issues.
• Support development of M&A best practices.
• Analyze financial and operating results of target businesses.
• Research industry trends to inform diligence.
• Utilize data analytics and visualize findings.
