Job summary

Salesforce seeks a leader to oversee Global Distribution Mergers & Acquisitions, guiding the full lifecycle for Sales and Post-Sales in active acquisitions. You will partner with senior executives to set the GTM vision, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful integration and business impact.

You will synthesize data, present recommendations beyond the numbers, and excel in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a strategy and/or M&A capacity.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and lead to cash process.
• Proficient with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau.
• Experience working cross-functionally across a multi-product portfolio in M&A/Strategy/Operations.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives with discretion and influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the M&A lifecycle from due diligence to full integration across Sales and Post Sales.
• Define interim operations post-close for the first 6–12 months.
• Build relationships with executives across Sales and Post Sales and drive multi-product revenue initiatives.
• Influence cross-functionally to align GTM priorities and operating plans.
• Manage active acquisition portfolio across all lifecycle phases globally, aligning GTM with Corp Dev and deal execution.
