Salesforce is seeking a senior role within Global Distribution Mergers & Acquisitions to oversee the full M&A lifecycle for Sales and Post-Sales across active acquisitions. The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong GTM instincts, and capability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with senior executives to shape the vision, set the path for M&A, and drive operational excellence across a multi-product portfolio in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a strategy and/or M&A capacity.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and lead-to-cash process.
• Proficient with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across a multi-product portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and oversee the M&A lifecycle from due diligence to full integration across Sales and Post Sales.
• Establish interim operations to support the deal thesis post-close (6–12 months).
• Build trusted relationships with executives across Sales and Post Sales; align GTM priorities.
• Influence cross-functionally at all levels to move the business forward.
• Oversee active acquisition portfolio and define end-to-end GTM operating plans for each acquired company.
