You will source software companies, lead outbound outreach to founders and executives, and manage your pipeline using our M&A CRM to ensure precise activity tracking and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of M&A experience preferred.
• Self-starter with autonomy and initiative.
• Excellent communication with founders and C-suite executives.
• Strong business acumen and deal-sourcing ability.
• Ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by proactively sourcing software companies.
• Lead outbound prospecting and targeted outreach to owners and senior leaders.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and position Harris as the acquirer of choice.
• Innovate the outreach process with new methods and clear impact.
• Utilize the M&A CRM to track activities and inform decisions.
