Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in financial accounting due diligence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related major.
• CPA or in process of obtaining CPA.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with core financial due diligence, identify key risks and deal breakers.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key data.
• Assess earnings quality, net assets and cash flows of the target.
• Construct deal-oriented reports and presentations for clients.
• Participate in meetings with target management and client personnel.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify business opportunities.
